Dr. Paolo Tarolli was Experienced Researcher of the Marie Curie PreWEC Team. He is currently adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic University of Marche (Italy), and Assistant Professor at the Interdepartmental Research Center for Cartography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and GIS (CIRGEO) at the University of Padova (Italy). He conducts international work on landslides and geomorphology research (developing new automatic methodologies for channel network extraction) using high resolution topography from laser altimetry
